Description:

State Administrative Procedure Act, general provisions, overview, and selected issues. Administrative adjudication with simulated cases involving state agencies and parties before agencies; projects include case development, administrative hearings, appeals and judicial review (generally on civil non-jury calendar before an actual Superior Court Judge in the courthouse).

Ideally, students should have taken the basic Administrative Law course before enrolling, but concurrent enrollment in Administrative Law will be accepted.
