Description:

This seminar will examine the legal issues involved in the construction process, including the rights and obligations of owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals. Topics of study include project design and delivery systems, construction claims and damages, workplace safety, alternative dispute resolution, liens and suretyship. It is anticipated that one class session will be held at the site of a notable construction project in the area.
