| A study of the legal and practical issues involved in alternatives to litigation including negotiation, mediation and arbitration.In and out of class role-play assignments will be used. There will be several out-of-class role-plays and sessions including one weekday afternoon with the Orange County Dispute Center and one with practicing mediators. |
