| Examination of the roles of both defense attorneys and prosecutors in the criminal justice system, with a focus on specific problems that arise as attorneys try to fulfill the obligations imposed by our unique adversarial system of justice. Special emphasis will be placed on critical discussion of the various legal, ethical, and moral solutions that have been articulated in response to the constantly arising dilemmas in criminal practice. |
