| The course will focus primarily on federal statutory anti-discrimination law, covering racial and gender discrimination in various areas such as housing, education, employment, federal assistance, public accommodations, and voting. Additionally, language discrimination, the discrimination of those with disabilities, discrimination found in police activities, and affirmative action will also be addressed. The course will be team taught by faculty with expertise in the particular areas noted above. |
