This course is a transition to practice course designed for students with a particular interest in labor and employment law.  Students will lean about general appellate advocacy skills and then brief and argue a pending labor and employment case. Significant feedback will help students develop their brief writing and oral advocacy skills, while examining in depth a current labor and employment issue. Grades will be based on students' brief, oral argument, and class participation.
