Description:

Legal profession, regulation of the profession, lawyer-client relationship, conflicts of interest. Ethical problems in litigation; client counseling, delivery of services. The Problem method is used to study the relationship between personal ethics and legal ethics as well as examining the relationship between lawyers, legal ethics, and society as a whole. The focus is on applying the rules to practical situations.
