Writing Experience (WE)



The course will focus on the practical skills of negotiating and drafting contracts and other legal documents associated with renewable energy projects. The course will contain team modeling exercises where students will represent parties in representative renewable energy projects. Students will have a fundamental understanding of and practice with the real estate, tax, finance, contract and regulatory issues affecting renewable energy projects. Class will meet once a week in a three hour block to facilitate the skills practice nature of the course.
