Description:

This course will consider the interaction of the legal system and particular topics in the context of amateur and professional sports. Issues will include constitutional law, contracts, the regulation of intercollegiate sports by the National Collegiate Athletic Association, gender discrimination, labor relations, antitrust, torts, and the regulation of agents.
