Work Description

DESCRIPTION OF STUDENT WORK/PROJECTS:

Interns will be involved in the day to day District Court process as well as participate in Friday Administrative Traffic Court. Under the third year practice certificate interns will be permitted to actively participate in the handling of misdemeanors in District Court including the ability to try cases under the supervision of an Assistant District Attorney. Third year interns will also participate in Administrative Traffic Court and will assist the Assistant District Attorney in handing matters for members of the general public as well as for attorneys.
