Work Description


DESCRIPTION OF STUDENT WORK/PROJECTS: Students will perform research and write memoranda on bankruptcy cases before the court and have the option of attending court sessions.

COURSE OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES FOR STUDENT: Strong writing skills required.Some bankruptcy background preferred.

MUST have a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday available.
