Work Description

Research and briefing questions both for advising the sections clients and in preparation for litigation. Document review and prep for depositions and other discovery. Attendance at trial and hearings in both administrative and trial forums. Research and writing of appellee briefs in criminal matters.

Legal bibliography or excellent legal research skills would be essential.  Admin Law, Civil Proc., and Evidence would be helpful but not required.
