DESCRIPTION OF ORGANIZATION: Presiding over criminal and civil cases in United States District Court.

DESCRIPTION OF STUDENT WORK/PROJECTS: Students will work closely with law clerks. They will perform research and writing on motions in pending cases.

COURSE OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES FOR STUDENT: Students must be able to conduct research and write about motions in pending cases. Must be top 1/3 of class.
