DESCRIPTION OF STUDENT WORK/PROJECTS: Research and drafting criminal and civil pleadings, interrogatories, memoranda, and appellate briefs; courtroom experience with civil and criminal court; trial preparation and strategy; developing understanding of federal court system.

COURSE OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES FOR STUDENT: Trial Ad is required. Coursework in criminal law and procedure, civil procedure, the federal court system, and legal research in writing would be very helpful. Certification under the Practice Rule is required.
