Work Description

AILA - Carolinas Chapter is a chapter of NC and SC immigration attorneys who represent foreign nationals. The Carolinas Chapter has been working on a coordinated response to the humanitarian/asylum crisis that began in 2014.

Externs will work on pro bono asylum cases of women and children from Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador. USCIS filings, EOIR filings, BIA filings, and 4th Circuit filings.

Admin law preferred, spanish speaking preferred
