Work Description

DESCRIPTIONS OF ORGANIZATION: The nature of work performed by our chambers include, but is not limited to hearing cases; drafting opinion for and voting on cases heard before the Court; and ruling on motions currently before the Court.

DESCRIPTION OF STUDENT WORK/PROJECTS: The types of projects we anticipate assigning to an extern include cite checking and proofreading draft opinions, and preparing intra-office memos for Judge Bryant.

COURSE OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES FOR STUDENT: An extern working with us will not need to be certified under the State Bar Student Practices Act; we would like to work with one student per semester. Writing sample required.
