Work Description

DESCRIPTIONS OF ORGANIZATION: Prosecution and trial of criminal cases.

DESCRIPTION OF STUDENT WORK/PROJECTS: Prepare cases for trial and prosecute cases in District Court, including conduct research, interview witnesses, and try cases.

COURSE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES FOR STUDENT: Student to be certified under the State Bar Student Practice Rule. Student needs to have taken or be taking Criminal Procedure, Trial Ad and Evidence.
