Work Description

DESCRIPTIONS OF ORGANIZATION: Appellate review of proceedings in trial courts and state administrative agencies.

DESCRIPTION OF STUDENT WORK/PROJECTS: Externs/law clerks will work under direct supervision of judge. Duties will be legal research and writing opinions.

COURSE OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES FOR STUDENT: Summer Externs Only. Prefer 2-L, but will consider qualified 1-L.
