Henry P. Brandis, Jr. Law Alumni Association Scholarship

Ilene B. Nelson Internship

Established in 2000 by the family and friends of Ilene B. Nelson to provide an internship to a student working during the summer on children's rights issues.

The Gibson Desaulniers Smith Public Interest Internship

Established in 1997 by Dr. and Mrs. Nat Smith, family and friends in honor and memory of Gibson D. Smith, Class of 1994. The internship is awarded to a law student who is a resident of North Carolina, interested in a career in public interest law, and with demonstrated ability and financial need.
