Arnita Dula '01, Battle Society Member, Mentor and Attorney
Arnita Dula '01 worked for 13 years in the North Carolina public school system before she decided that she wanted to pursue a law degree at UNC School of Law. Today she is one of many alumni who give back to the school - in her case, joining the William Horn Battle Society by way of monthly payroll deductions and a final annual contribution to make the $1,000 fiscal year total.

The $25,000 endowed Northwest North Carolina Scholarship established by Jeff and Vicki Gray is intended to help students from the northwest region of the state pursue their educational dreams with a reduced debt burden – a commitment the Grays first made to their own children.
Justice J. Frank Huskins '32 Scholarship Fund
The Honorable J. Frank Huskins ’32 (1911-1995) was devoted to Carolina Law and to his native North Carolina mountains. Thanks to a generous bequest by his widow, Ruth H. Huskins, his love of both was permanently memorialized with the creation of the Justice J. Frank Huskins Scholarship Fund.
