Clean Power Plan: What EPA's Carbon Rules Mean for North Carolina

This forum will begin with an overview of EPA's proposed carbon regulations by EPA staff.  Two panels will then provide a legal and policy analysis of the regulations and a discussion of how the rules could impact North Carolina interests.  Panelists from the following organizations are scheduled to attend: University of North Carolina School of Law, Nicholas Institute for the Environment, Duke Energy, Environmental Defense Fund, Public Staff of the North Carolina Utilities Commission, and the North Carolina Division of Air Quality.

UNC School of Law | Van Hecke-Wettach Hall | 160 Ridge Road, CB #3380 | Chapel Hill, NC 27599-3380 | 919.962.5106
