Tax issues influence all business decisions in the real world. Even those who expect to practice as corporate, real estate, commercial, or bankruptcy lawyers will find that one cannot avoid the federal, state, and local tax issues that your clients constantly face. And as more and more businesses are expanding their operations to foreign markets, international tax issues have become increasingly important. Northwestern’s Graduate Tax Program offers an opportunity to develop an expertise in all aspects of taxation through the LL.M. in Taxation and J.D./LL.M. in Taxation Joint Degree programs.

Prof. Philip Postlewaite, the Director of the Northwestern Graduate Tax Program, will describe and discuss careers in the field of taxation as well as LLM in Taxation programs generally and specifically the curriculum and degree requirements of Northwestern’s Tax Program. He will be available to answer any and all questions about these topics.

Lunches will be provided. Please RSVP in Symplicity under the Events tab.
