As part of the UNC School of Law Summer Spotlight series, we are proud to present Choice-of-Law and Forum-Selection Clauses - Real World Impact of Faculty Research, a conversation with Carolina Law Professor John Coyle. Coyle will provide insight into his research and ‘best practices’ that are practical for attorneys and interesting for our future lawyers. “Virtually every lawyer in the United States will have to grapple with one of these clauses at some point in their career” Coyle shared in a recent interview on his findings.

This gathering, in addition to showcasing the outstanding academic work conducted at our law school, also provides a unique opportunity to connect local alumni with current students working in Atlanta over the summer, as well as admitted students in the area. Our programs thrive on the prominent presence of our alumni to provide advice and support to 1L and 2L summer associates and help the law school recruit the incoming class of 2021. We hope that you will join us for this informative presentation, and to show your support Carolina Law.
