As part of the UNC School of Law Summer Spotlight series, we are proud to present Hot Topics in the Law: First Amendment in the Digital Age, a conversation with Carolina Law Professor Mary-Rose Papandrea

Papandrea, co-author of “Media and the Law”, came to the University of North Carolina School of Law from Boston College Law School in 2015. Her teaching and research interests include constitutional law, media law, torts, civil procedure, and national security and civil liberties. Papandrea will provide an update on her research and highlights of other Carolina Law initiatives.

This gathering, in addition to showcasing the scholarship of one of Carolina Law’s distinguished faculty, provides a unique opportunity to connect local alumni with current students working in Boston over the summer, as well as admitted students in the area. Our programs thrive on the prominent presence of our alumni to provide advice and support to 1L and 2L summer associates and help the law school recruit the incoming class of 2021. We hope that you will join us for this informative presentation, and to show your support for Carolina Law.
