A panel of legal experts will
review the major cases from the U.S. Supreme Court’s October 2017 Term, including Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil
Rights Commission, Janus v. AFSCME,
and Gill v. Whitford. The panelists
will preview some of the major cases on the Court’s calendar for the October
2018 Term and discuss how Justice Anthony Kennedy’s retirement
is likely to affect the Court in this and future years.
