This college is held annually and consists of two two-day sessions. Potential diverse directors from North Carolina are welcome to express their interest in attending this college. Each year, twentyfour diverse director candidates are selected to attend this program with sitting bank directors from North Carolina state-chartered banks. Tuition is waived. The program is jointly sponsored by the North Carolina Office of the Commissioner of Banks, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the UNC School of Law Center for Banking and Finance.
