Colonel Morris D. "Moe" Davis : US Air Force officer and lawyer. Col. Davis was appointed to serve as the third Chief Prosecutor in the Guantanamo military commissions. He resigned from his position in 2007 in protest of what he called political interference in the military commissions of Guantánamo prisoners, and because of the use torture to gain intelligence and use that as evidence in an American court.
