UNC Center for Civil Rights Race & The Law Series. Professors Daye, Muller, Brophy, Wilson, Kim and others join Center staff to reenact excepts from the SCOTUS oral arguments in Fisher v. University of Texas case addressing diversity in higher education. It was heard by the Court on Odctober 10, 2012. A ruling is expected next spring. CCR attorneys Mark Dorosin and Elizabeth Haddix, and UNC School of Law Dean Jack Boger, together with the Office of University Counsel filed an amiucs curiae brief on behalf of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in this case.
