The North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation will hold its annual symposium on Friday, February 1, 2013, at Gerrard Hall on the campus of UNC-Chapel Hill.
The symposium, "Medical Markets": Emerging Issues in Global Health and Commerce, will focus on current issues in health law and business regulation, taking both an international and domestic perspective. Panels will address tobacco packaging regulation, outsourcing health care and medical tourism, and bioethics in research. A keynote address on genomic biobanking will be delivered by UNC School of Law professor John Conley.
