Carolina Public Interest Law Organization will host its
annual Auction & Benefit at Top of the Hill on January 31st,
2013 from 7pm-11pm. All of the proceeds from the event go to grants to support UNC
law students accepting full-time, unpaid public interest law positions for the
summer.
UNC sports memorabilia, vacation
homes, shopping parties, wine tastings, art, ski passes and more than a hundred
other items and services will be up for auction. The benefit will feature silent
and live auctions, entertainment, and heavy hors d’oeuvres catered by Top
of the Hill. Tickets are payable by cash or check and cost $12 in advance or $15 at the door. Ticket sales cover admission and the cost of food.
