partnering to hold a Pro Bono Divorce Project this Fall and Spring. Students will have the
opportunity to represent low-income clients in simple divorces. They will
interview clients, draft pleadings, and conduct divorce hearings under attorney

October 23, 12-1: Basic Training Session
October 29th from 5:30-8: “Divorce Clinic” in which students will
interview clients and execute pleadings.
Friday, February 28th beginning at 11 am: “Divorce Judgment Day” in which
students will conduct divorce hearings in the Law School courtroom before an
Orange County District Court Judge.
