Holder and the impact of changes in North Carolina's election laws on N.C. voters. Panelists include: U.S. Congressman David Price, representing N.C.'s 4th congressional district; Allison Riggs, Staff Attorney at the Southern Coalition for Social Justice; former N.C. Senator Ellie Kinnaird; and Chris Brook, Legal Director of ACLU of North Carolina. The discussion will be moderated by UNC Law Professor Kareem Crayton.
