The journal publishes student-edited pieces prepared for the annual Banking Institute along with top-quality, student-written and edited notes and comments on cutting-edge banking law issues. The journal is published in conjunction with an annual continuing legal education program (sponsored by the School of Law) on banking law which attracts nationally prominent speakers. The journal helps to bridge the gap between the academic realm and practitioners of banking law and the gap between students and members of the profession.
