This college is held on an as needed basis and consists of two two-day sessions.  The program is jointly sponsored by: North Carolina Office of the Commissioner of Banks, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and Center for Banking and Finance at Carolina Law in Chapel Hill, N.C.

This program provides an introduction for directors of state chartered banks and savings associations to their duties and responsibilities. The program features bankers, lawyers, academics, consultants and state and federal banking regulators.
