CE3 hosts a number of workshops and conferences with the goal of providing a open forum for scholars from Carolina Law and other disciplines and institutions to address all facets of environmental law, environmental justice, climate change, legal adaptation, coastal issues and risk.

Workshops - occurring on average every two years - have attracted a wide array of individuals representing a variety of viewpoints. The workshops are structured such that all participants are provided baseline data in a plenary session and then split into smaller groups for discussion and idea generation.

Details regarding each of these workshops can be found on the individual workshop pages. To keep the number of participants manageable in the small breakout group setting, participation is typically by invitation.
