Adapting Legal Regimes in the Face of Climate Change

In October 2008, CLEAR and the University of Houston's Center for Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources hosted a workshop addressing how legal regimes, in all areas should be changed given the changing world wrought by climate change. Participants included some of the leading environmental law, climate change, disaster, public health, IP, and property scholars.
