Workshop on Adapting Legal Regimes in the Face of Climate Change
In October 2008, CLEAR and the University of Houston's Center for Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources hosted a workshop addressing how worldwide legal regimes should adapt existing laws and policies as a result of climate change. Participants included some of the leading environmental law, climate change, disaster, public health, IP and property scholars.
