The North Carolina Coastal Resources Law, Planning and Policy Center is a partnership of North Carolina Sea Grant, UNC School of Law and UNC Department of City and Regional Planning. It serves the citizens of North Carolina by bringing together the resources provided by its partners to address contemporary coastal issues. Victor Flatt is co-director of the center. Joseph Kalo, Graham Kenan Professor of Law Emeritus, is Senior Fellow of the center.
