Allison Symulevich is a Reference Librarian and a Clinical
Assistant Professor of Law. She joined the UNC Law Library in 2016, following
an internship at the University of Washington’s Gallagher Law Library. In
addition to assisting faculty, students, and other library patrons at the
reference desk and through research appointments, she teaches Advanced Legal
Research.
At Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL, Professor
Symulevich majored in both Political Science and Hispanic Studies. She received
her law degree from the University of Florida, and her Master of Library and
Information Science from the University of Washington. Following law school,
she practiced law in Florida, working at a firm in the commercial litigation
practice group. Professor Symulevich is a member of AALL, SEAALL, and the
ALL-SIS Continuing Education Committee.
