Zach is a third-year student at the University of North Carolina School of Law and works as an Articles and Notes Editor for the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Zach earned a B.A. cum laude with majors in Economics and Latin from DePauw University in 2007. After earning his undergraduate degree, he spent two years before attending law school teaching high school math in Halifax County, North Carolina with Teach for America. Zach also serves as a Vice-Chair for the law school Honor Court, gives tours with Carolina Law Ambassadors, and actively participates in the pro bono program.
