NCILJ Print Edition

The North Carolina Journal of International Law ("NCILJ") is currently accepting submissions of manuscripts for consideration of publication of Volume 42.

NCILJ accepts submissions for new volumes from mid-March until all slots are filled. Once filled, NCILJ will ask that authors re-submit their manuscripts for the subsequent volume in mid-March.

All submissions should comply with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (20th ed.). NCILJ requests that each author include an updated curriculum vitae in his/her submission. Please note that at this time NCILJ is not accepting submissions by current law school students or manuscripts written while in law school.

We invite judges, professors, researchers, lecturers, practicing attorneys, and judicial clerks to submit pieces in electronic form by email attachment sent to: NCILJ@unc.edu.

SUBMISSIONS TO THE FORUM (NCILJ ONLINE EDITION)

NCILJ is not currently accepting submissions of manuscripts for consideration of publication in The Forum of Volume 42. Please check back mid-March for more information about The Forum of Volume 43.

Pieces selected for the The Forum are of equally high-caliber as our print publication, but cover more time-sensitive topics and emerging issues. As such, the online publication permits us to produce an expedited publication and reach our readership while the issues are most current.

Publication in The Forum is extremely competitive, and all pieces are subjected to a similar, albeit expedited, editing process as those appearing in print.

We invite judges, professors, researchers, lecturers, practicing attorneys, and judicial clerks to submit articles for consideration of publication in The Forum in electronic form by email attachment sent to: NCILJ@unc.edu.
