Submissions

The North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation ("ILJ") welcomes the submission of manuscripts for consideration of publication. All submissions should comply with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed.). Submitted manuscripts become the property of ILJ. ILJ accepts submissions for the new volume from mid-March until all slots are filled. After that point, ILJ will ask that authors re-submit their manuscripts for the subsequent volume in mid-March.

We strongly encourage authors to submit articles in electronic form by email attachment sent to: NCILJ@unc.edu.

PLEASE NOTE that at this time ILJ is not accepting submissions by current law school students or manuscripts written while in law school.
