Meriwether Evans

As director of the Pro Bono Program, Meriwether Evans sees Carolina Law as a force of goodwill, integrity and progressive education. "The school has fantastic professors, both established and new hires. And the atmosphere is unbelievably friendly."

Meriwether is now working with the Dallas law firm Vinson and Elkins LLP in commercial litigation. "Career Development does a wonderful job helping you get placed," she says. "With a Carolina Law degree, I know I can go anywhere."

Meriwether weighed her options for law school carefully, and we encourage all prospective students to do the same. Research the competitive landscape of legal education and judge for yourself if UNC School of Law is the right fit for you.
