Description:

An advanced study of basic topics covered in the beginning evidence course, including hearsay, constitutional issues concerning hearsay, expert testimony, and relevancy, and also of topics that have been pushed out of the basic course such as presumptions, judicial notice, privileges. There will be many courtroom role-play exercises.
