Description:

Eichner's section: This course covers issues of law relating to family relationships, including privacy and other constitutional issues; same-sex and other nontraditional relationships; marriage; divorce and accompanying issues of division of property and spousal support; reproductive issues; and child support and child custody.

Lau's section: Basic coverage of major family law issues - constitutional framework; nontraditional relationships; marriage, divorce, child support and custody, division of property, spousal support, and interstate issues.
