Readings drawn from such disciplines as psychology, sociology, and anthropology will address such questions as the behavior of individuals in corporate settings, how corporations participate in the political process, what "corporate culture" means, the concept of corporate social responsibility, and how the law the law can best deter corporate misconduct.
