Description:

This course teaches basic techniques of legal research, writing and analysis in the contexts of U.S. professional practice and academic writing. Through a series of research and writing tasks, students will develop proficiency in researching legal issues, framing legal arguments and analyzing legal problems. ALL LL.M. students are required to take this course during the fall semester of their studies.
