Gerhardt, Samuel Ashe Distinguished Professor in Constitutional Law at UNC School of Law and director of the UNC Center for Law and Government, joins the opening showcase panel at The Federalist Society's annual convention on Thurs., Nov. 18. The theme for this year's National Lawyers Convention is "Controlling Government: The Framers, the Tea Parties and the Constitution."
