Statutory Compilation Creation
AEquitas: The Prosecutors Resource on Violence Against Women

­AEquitas is looking for a student to create a statutory compilation for prior bad acts/other crimes evidence, FRE 404(b) including all 50 states and the U.S. Territories. This compilation should include a summary of the trends in the country.

Skills Built: Legal Research and Writing,

Time Commitment: 15 Hours  

Project Due Date: Flexible

Location of Work: Remote Location.   

Area of Law: Criminal Law, Domestic Violence

Requirements: 2L or 3L; Student should have completed or be currently enrolled in evidence.

Number of Students Needed: 1 Student. Please sign-up on the bulletin board.

Sign Up for a Project

  1. Projects are posted on this webpage and on the bulletin board by the student mailboxes
  2. Sign up directly on the bulletin board or by e-mailing uncprobonoprojects@gmail.com.
  3. You will receive an e-mail shortly from the Attorney Projects Coordinator with your project's information.
  4. Turn in your completed contract
  5. Contact your supervising attorney and start the project
  6. Your class coordinator will contact you to follow up and answer any questions
  7. If you have any issues, contact your class coordinator immediately
  8. Don't forget to log your hours!
