John Pendergrass (Carolina Law Class of 1974) operates a solo practice out of his home office in Pittsboro (near the Orange County and Chatham County line). He is offering up to 3 paid part-time internships this summer to help rising 2Ls at Carolina Law gain legal experience. His practice currently revolves around representing clients in unemployment hearings. This internship is paid – wages are TBD. The internship is very flexible and would be a great supplement to another part-time job, an RA position, or if you are attending summer school.
Mr. Pendergrass will be at the law school on Wednesday, April 16 from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. in Room 4080 (conference room outside the CDO) to answer any questions students have about the internship. If students are still interested after this casual info session, they will be asked to submit their application materials to Mr. Pendergrass.
